RETURN POLICY

We accept return shipments within 7 days of receival. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in mint condition. In order to return the shipment, please send an email to Customercare@karenwazen.com.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 5 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery cost ($15 within the UAE / $20 all other countries). You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.

Final Sale items (all items discounted 40% and above) may not be returned.
