Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within two to five business days depending on your location.

We accept return shipments within 7 days of receival. Purchases must be returned with their original packaging and in mint condition. In order to return the shipment, please click this link: https://shopify.com/4467589192/account.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your funds will be processed within 7-10 business days and refunded to the original payment method, less the delivery cost (if applicable), duties and taxes (if applicable), and return fee ($15 within the UAE / $20 all other countries). You can follow the return of your package with our carrier using the tracking number on your Returns Label.
